Change thinking about Cuba

I have been here before. Our United States of America history in Cuba is as bad as our American Indian history. The emergence of the political bandit Fidel Castro was due to our allowing and supporting the dictators who controlled this small nation. Now after most of the bad guys had to leave Cuba during the revolution, they have settled in this country, and one large voting bloc is in Florida, and they have been pulling the chain of the Republican votes for years. This year is most crucial to George’s close election.
Now we have had a bipartisan delegation from Montana trying to move and sell our farmer-produced products to Cuba for a number of years now. And if you will recall from the Billings Gazette’s article on Aug. 5 that this Cuban communist government is a total failure.

But what we are talking about is the common people who through their failed government, drought, are in terrible condition. And yet, we trade with China, all of the Mid East nations, African nations, who have never heard of democracy and don’t intend to. All because of a large voting bloc of Cuban expatriates. It’s time to change our thinking.
